Wayne Johncock

Wayne Johncock is a seasoned senior leader with extensive experience in enterprise-level program management and business transformation, currently serving as Program Director at Resulting IT since May 2024 and Managing Director at SALACA MANAGEMENT LIMITED since July 2012. With a focus on enhancing value through effective team building and networking, Wayne has successfully led significant SAP transformation initiatives at various organizations, including RS Group plc and Market Operator Services Limited. As a member of the SAP Independent Executive Advisory Council and advisor to the UK&I SAP User Group Academy, Wayne contributes to shaping industry standards and best practices in SAP implementation and S/4HANA programs. Educationally, Wayne holds a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Tasmania.
