Aja Croteau

Aja Croteau is currently a Senior Manager at Results for America since October 2023, following extensive experience at The Council of State Governments, where Aja held multiple roles including Project Manager and Senior Operations Manager from March 2019 to October 2023. Aja managed substantial budgets exceeding $41 million for a diverse portfolio of federal projects, coordinated training initiatives, and oversaw a team of interns and fellows. Prior to CSG, Aja contributed to various organizations, including Berea Tourism as Communications Manager and Grow Appalachia in multiple coordinating roles, showcasing a strong background in policy research, community engagement, and team management. Aja holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture and Natural Resources from Berea College.
