Crystal Cooley has over a decade of work experience in the customer service industry. Crystal started their career in 2008 as a Senior Team Lead at Results Duffield, where they managed a team of 20 agents and ensured KPI goals were met. In 2008, they also worked as a Program Manager at Results Marion, where they managed a customer service program and collaborated with clients and account leaders to improve site profitability. From 2010 to 2016, Crystal was a Program Manager at The Results Companies - Results Galax, supervising a group of team leaders and working with them to exceed KPI goals set by clients. Crystal also collaborated with the client services team to execute new client goals and initiatives. In 2016, they became a Site Operations Director at The Results Companies, where they held this position until 2017. Crystal then transitioned to an Account Operations Manager role at the same company from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are the Director of Account Operations at ResultsCX, a position they have held since 2019.

Crystal Cooley attended the University of Kentucky from 2002 to 2004.
