As the Founder and Partner of COcollaborate LLC, Lucas focuses on digital strategies within Colorado's unique investment ecosystem. Previous roles at STARTEK include Vice President of Customer Engagement and Senior Director of Corporate Development, where Lucas excelled in client relationships and global expansion efforts. Additional experience at Sitel highlights a strong track record in relationship management.
