Stephanie Flint, MBA has over a decade of experience in various leadership roles within the customer service industry. Stephanie currently serves as the Vice President of Training and Client Solutions at ResultsCX, where they have been since September 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of People Operations at ResultsCX from February 2019 to September 2021. Stephanie also worked as an Account Training Manager at ResultsCX from August 2018 to February 2019.

Before joining ResultsCX, Stephanie worked at Alorica for four years. Stephanie held several positions, including Senior Associate Director of Operations from August 2013 to January 2015, Senior Associate Director of Operations from October 2012 to August 2013, and Associate Director of Operations from November 2011 to December 2012.

Stephanie also has experience as an IT Project Manager at ResultsCX from June 2017 to June 2018 and as an Account Operations Manager at ResultsCX from February 2015 to June 2017.

Stephanie Flint received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Management from the University of Phoenix in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Information Technology from East Carolina University in 2006.
