Kyle Heward

Kyle Heward has held a variety of positions since 2002. From 2002-2008, they worked at Pearson Inc. as a Supervisor/Lead, where they managed high profile customers and demonstrated outstanding leadership abilities. Kyle then moved to Harris Computer Systems in 2008 as a Business Analyst, where they managed release content for critical software releases and acted as a liaison between the customer and development staff. In 2009, they joined eInstruction Corp. as a Product Manager, where they interacted with Sales and Product Marketing to prioritize release content and manage multiple major releases. Finally, in 2010, they joined ResultsPositive as the Director of SaaS Operations, where they consulted with enterprises on implementation, practical use, and configuration practices of HP Enterprise software. Kyle also managed SaaS strategy and deployment company-wide, as well as all company hardware assets.

Kyle Heward attended the University of Phoenix from 1998 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Kyle also attended Mesa Community College from 1995 to 2000 and earned an Associates in Arts.
