Michael Yinger

Michael Yinger is currently the Director at Resume Sieve. Prior to this, they served as the Global Growth and Strategy Leader and Executive Vice President at PeopleScout from January 2016 to December 2020. In this role, they were responsible for Global Sales and Strategy, Sales Operations, Product Management, Global Implementation, and the Sourcing COE. From 2014 to 2016, Yinger was the Global RPO Delivery Lead at Aon Hewitt. In this role, they were accountable for the execution of services provided to Aon clients, including people management, client relationships, P&L ownership, quality and cost of program delivery to the RPO program clients. Michael was also responsible for the strategic direction and seamless execution of the services provided to the RPO portfolio of current and future clients. Before that, Yinger served as Vice President, Implementation and Technology at Randstad Sourceright US from 2009 to 2014.

Michael Yinger has a MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, a Certificate in International Logistics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a BS in Nautical Industrial Technology from the California State University Maritime Academy, and a BA in Michael'story from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Michael is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
