Edward Kenna

Edward graduated with honors from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems. Edward is also an MBA Candidate at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, graduating in May 2021.

As a member of the portfolio operations team, Edward works with Resurgens' portfolio companies to identify and implement value creation initiatives. Edward has a wide range of both operational and transactional experience in enterprise software.

Before joining Resurgens, Edward spent four years working in a variety of roles at Raptor Technologies, a growth-stage, private equity-backed enterprise software company. At Raptor, Edward held various roles in strategy, finance, marketing, and sales, including leading Raptor's inside sales and lead generation organizations.

Prior to Raptor, Edward was an Investment Banking Associate in the Technology Group at Stephens Inc. where he executed both sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions and capital raises.
