Robert Lo Bue

Robert Lo Bue currently serves as Operations Manager at Resurrect Bio, focusing on operations, financial operations, and leading InnovateUK grant projects within a high-growth biotech company aimed at global food security. In addition, Robert advises Rabble Studio on operations and finances and works as a management consultant at Oxmore, helping organizations optimize their tools and processes. Previous roles include VP of Localization at e2f, inc., where Robert led operations for the Localization division, and CEO of Applingua, which Robert founded and successfully grew before its acquisition. Robert co-founded Cardiff Start C.I.C., the largest tech startup community in Wales, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Management and German from the University of Bath, an Executive Leadership Programme certificate from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, and is pursuing a Master of Science in Economics and Finance at Cardiff Metropolitan University.
