Leonard Borgen

Leonard Borgen has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Currently, they serve as the President & CEO of Retail Construction Services, Inc., where they foster a culture of safety, excellence, and teamwork. Leonard is dedicated to creating an inclusive and positive work environment for the employees. Leonard is also a Member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc. In their previous role at Miron Construction Co., Inc., Leonard held various positions, including Senior Vice President, Vice President, Project Executive, Project Manager, and Millwright. Leonard has also served as the Chairman of the Eau Claire Area Carpentry Joint Apprenticeship Committee and as a Board Member for the United Way of the Greater Chippewa Valley.
