Mike Juge

Mike Juge's work experience begins in 1995 when they worked as a Sr. Systems Manager at Fleming Companies, where they provided shelf-space management planograms and analysis for category management teams. Mike also worked with local brokers and vendors to increase sales and profits through store inventory resets and sold, installed, and supported computer-assisted inventory management and ordering systems for customers.

In 2003, Mike joined HAC, Inc. dba Homeland Stores, Country Mart, and United Supermarkets as a POS Systems Admin. Mike implemented and rolled out a department scale management system for 57 stores, managed and supported work schedule software for all stores, and provided after-hours on-call help desk support.

From 2004 to 2009, they worked at Order-Matic Corp. - Industries Division as the Director of Business Development and Installation Services.

In 2009, Mike joined Total Retail Solutions, Inc. as Regional Sales/Project Management. Mike managed Point of Sale and IP-based Hi-Definition VMS sales and implementation and assisted customers in leveraging their technology investments to accelerate ROI and improve their bottom line.

From 2015 to 2018, Mike served as Corporate Director of Loss Prevention and Business Intelligence Solutions at Total Retail Solutions. During this time, they reorganized and streamlined the failing camera department, implemented maintenance programs with the Sales department, and selected IP-based VMS/business intelligence SaaS model products.

In 2018, Mike joined DUMAC Business Systems, Inc. as a Senior Sales Executive for the Grocery and C-Store verticals. Mike was a 1MM+ producer in POS, loss prevention, back-office, and 3rd party e-commerce/loyalty integrations and solutions sales. Mike also built-out customer base and new territories through new business acquisition and supported, educated, and informed clientele through technology expositions, shows, seminars, and webinars.

Mike's next role was at Searching for Quality Company in 2020, where they worked as a Sales/Consultant for the Grocery and CStore Industry.

Currently, Mike is an Account Executive at Retail Data Systems starting from 2020.

Mike Juge attended Texas Christian University from 1980 to 1984, where they studied Computer and Information Sciences, General. In addition to their formal education, Mike obtained several certifications in the field of electronic security. These include the Alabama CCTV & Access Control Qualifying Agent certification from AESBL in December 2017, the Arkansas Alarm Tech certification for selling, installing, and servicing video and alarm systems in April 2009, the Advanced Intrusion Systems certification from ESA - Electronic Security Association in March 2017, the Fire Alarm Installation Methods certification, also from ESA - Electronic Security Association in March 2017, the Mississippi Class B Technician & Qualifying Agent certification from the Mississippi Electronic Protection Division of State Fire Marshall in March 2017, the Video System Technologies certification from ESA - Electronic Security Association in March 2017, the Louisiana Life Safety & Property Protection License - CCTV & Qualifying Agent certification from the Louisiana State Fire Marshall in January 2017, and the Level 1 Certified Alarm Technician certification from ESA - Electronic Security Association in December 2016.
