Jason Watts

Jason Watts has over 25 years of experience in branded environments and design leadership. Jason founded Splash10 Design in 2018 and currently serves as the President. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of the Retail Design Institute from 2016. Jason also worked as a Design Strategy Consultant at Ideation Studio Inc from 2018 to 2019. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the Design Director at RGLA Solutions, Inc. Before that, they were the VP | Retail Design Director at Arc Worldwide from 2007 to 2014. Jason has also worked as a Creative Director at Charles Sparks + Co. and Vinyard Design, and as a Senior Designer at Frankel & Co. Jason started their career as a Designer at FRCH Design Worldwide and Schafer Associates. Throughout their career, Jason has focused on retail design, shopper-based strategy, and creating engaging experiences in retail.

Jason Watts attended the University of Cincinnati from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Design with a specialization in Interior Design.
