Chase Shields

Chase Shields is an accomplished professional in graphic design with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Creative Services at the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) since February 2017, Chase has also held positions such as Creative Services Manager and Graphic Design Coordinator. Prior to RILA, Chase freelanced as a Graphic Designer from June 2007 to January 2023, providing design services for a wide range of clients in both print and web media. Additional experience includes working as a Design Production Coordinator at Vacation.com, where responsibilities included managing design jobs and production schedules, and as a Business Production Specialist at Nave & Associates, contributing to social media strategies and marketing materials. Chase began the design career as a Graphic Design Intern at RCW Communication Design Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from The Art Institutes.
