Kelly Foelber

Kelly Foelber has extensive work experience in both the retail industry and the healthcare sector. Kelly currently holds the position of Vice President, Membership and Executive Affairs at the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA). Before this, they served as the Director of Membership and Executive Affairs at RILA. Prior to joining RILA, Kelly worked at North Spring Behavioral Healthcare, where they held various roles including Clinical Case Manager, Administrative Assistant, and Mental Health Specialist. Their previous experience in the retail industry and their expertise in executive affairs and retail operations make their a valuable asset to the organizations they have worked with.

Kelly Foelber attended James Madison University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology.
