Lane McKenzie has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career at Walmart in 1996 as a Programmer on the specialty divisions team, working on vision center and automotive efforts. In 2004, they moved to the Backroom Processing team as a Senior Programmer Analyst, where they coordinated the development of store systems. Lane progressed in their career at Walmart and held various roles, including Manager of Replenishment and Manager of Backroom Processing. From 2010 to 2020, Lane took on several Director roles at Walmart, overseeing product development, global business processes, and workforce management. In 2022, they worked at The Spero Clinic in an Information Technology role. Currently, Lane is serving as the Director of Customer Success at Retail Insight since July 2023.
Lane McKenzie attended the University of Arkansas from 1991 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Systems Engineering.
