Jason Peterson

Jason joined Retail Merchandising Services in 2023 as the Field Operations Manager. Jason comes to RMS with 23 years of retail experience in big box retailers, including 12 years in leadership and over 6 years in Human Resources. Most recently Jason spent 16 years in Target stores which included roles in merchandising, management, logistics, training, and operations. As Field Operations Manager, Jason works directly with the team of Field Coordinators and Certified Trainers to ensure they are training and mentoring RMS service representatives in their assigned areas throughout the U.S. Jason’s goal is to provide all merchandising reps with the skills they need for superior project execution. This, in turn, leads to high customer satisfaction.
