Laura Sweeney

Laura Sweeney has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Laura most recently worked at Teya as a Project Manager starting in March 2021. Prior to that, Laura served as the Joint Interim IT PMO Manager at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust from September 2020 to January 2021. From October 2018 to September 2020, they worked at Cognita Schools as the Group IT PMO Lead. Laura also held the same position at Impellam Group from January 2016 to September 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked at Blue Arrow as a Compliance Project Manager from June 2014 to December 2015 and as a Sales Support Co-ordinator from March 2010 to June 2014. Laura's work experience also includes roles at Bedfordshire Chamber of Commerce as a Project Development Coordinator and PA to Contracts Manager/Admin Coordinator, and at GMAC Commercial Finance (Vauxhall Finance) as a Marketing Specialist.

Laura Sweeney attended the University of Bedfordshire from 1996 to 1997 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a pathway in Marketing. The following year, from 1997 to 1998, Laura studied at The American University of Paris, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Finally, in 1998 to 1999, they returned to the University of Bedfordshire to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a pathway in Marketing again.
