Warren Peplow has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to 2011. Warren started their career as a Business Development Executive at First Rate Exchange Services Ltd in 2005 and worked there until 2007. Following that, they joined Cashbox PLC as an Independent Sales Executive from August 2007 to September 2008. Warren then moved on to HSBC Merchant Services LLP (Global Payments) in September 2008 and worked as a Card Sales Manager until June 2010. Afterward, they joined BT Local Business Birmingham as a Field Account Manager from June 2010 to April 2011, where they achieved recognition as the top sales performer within the first six weeks of employment. Finally, they joined Retail Merchant Services in 2011 as a Business Development Manager.

Warren Peplow attended Birmingham College of Food Tourism & Creative Studies from 1999 to 2003. Warren obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Events Management & Marketing during this time. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1992, they attended Henley College in Coventry. Warren completed a BTEC National Certificate in Leisure Studies, with a focus on Parks, Recreation, Leisure, and Fitness Studies.
