Brian White

Brian White has extensive experience in the real estate and financial analysis field. Brian is currently working as the Director of Financial Analysis at Retail Opportunity Investments Corp., a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Brian worked as an Asset Manager at Chelsea Investment Corporation from 2018 to 2022, where they managed a portfolio of LIHTC affordable housing projects and was responsible for financial oversight and regulatory compliance. Before that, they served as a Senior Financial Analyst at CIRE Equity from 2016 to 2017, and as a Senior Commercial Real Estate Underwriter at B of I Federal Bank from 2015 to 2016. Brian has also worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. from 2014 to 2014, as an Asset Manager/Financial Analyst at Fenway Properties from 2011 to 2013, as a Research Associate at CoStar Group from 2009 to 2011, as a Real Estate Associate - Internship at Coast Income Properties from 2007 to 2008, and as a Real Estate Manager at 99 Cents Only Stores from 2004 to 2007.

Brian White attended San Marino High School from 1991 to 1994. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of Arizona, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from 1995 to 1999. Later, Brian furthered their education at the University of San Diego, where they obtained a Master's degree in Real Estate from 2007 to 2008.
