Kittie Smith has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as the Assistant Property Manager at Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. since May 2018. Prior to this role, Kittie held the position of Community Association Manager at Walters Management from September 2004 to May 2018 and worked as a Property Manager at Pan Pacific Retail Properties from 1995 to 2004. With a career spanning nearly three decades, Kittie has developed a strong foundation in managing various types of properties and community associations.
