As a Health Coach and Associate Partner at Leadership Choices since February 2020, Carola supports clients in navigating challenging transitions and enhancing team performance. Previous roles include Business Development Manager at MINI Brand Management, Retail Performance Consulting at BMW AG, and positions in Global Risk Management at KPMG Consulting.
