Tizian Hartmann

Tizian Hartmann is an accomplished Business Analyst at rpc - The Retail Performance Company, specializing in business consulting, agile transformation, and change management, with a focus on international project work in Spain for the BMW Group Partner Academy. As the founder and musician at Bazodee Music, Tizian manages band operations and is currently preparing for the release of a new album. Previous experience includes a role as an Integrated Change Coordinator at BMW Group, where responsibilities included capacity planning, project management, and data reporting using SQL Developer and PowerBI.
