Caroline Cheney

Caroline Cheney is an Assistant Property Manager at Retail Planning Corporation, a position held since July 2023. Previous experience includes a summer internship at CBRE in 2022, where Caroline contributed to a project focused on relocating a tech company to downtown Atlanta. During a summer internship at Retail Planning Corporation in 2021, Caroline gained experience by rotating through various departments, conducting property inspections, drafting legal documents, managing vendor relationships, and creating monthly reports. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Real Estate from The University of Georgia, completed in May 2023, and is a graduate of Walton High School, class of 2019.
