Aleksander Gadka

Aleksander Gadka currently serves as the COO of Retail Robotics since August 2022. Prior to this role, Aleksander was the Plant Director at NKT from January 2021 to August 2022, overseeing P&L and operations. From November 2017 to October 2020, Aleksander functioned as the CEO of MCS Sp. z o.o., with complete P&L and balance sheet responsibility, reporting to the Supervisory Board. Aleksander also held the position of Operations Director at NKT from July 2013 to October 2017, managing operations across four plants in Poland and Czechia. Earlier in a similar role at NKT from 2005 to 2013, Aleksander directed operations at a plant in Żory, Poland. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Bristol (1997-1998) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business (1990-1994).
