Retail Sites, LLC is a full-service commercial real estate development, brokerage, investment, and property management firm based in Moorestown, NJ. Founded in 2007 by Robert M. Hill, we specialize in growing retail footprints through strategic development and acquisition programs across the Mid-Atlantic and East Coast, particularly in the Philadelphia region. Our team has developed and acquired over 800,000 square feet of retail and commercial space.

We leverage our capital and expertise to build, own, invest in, and manage high-quality retail centers and net-leased properties. Our investment services, and team, identify and capitalize on growth opportunities aligned with our investors’ objectives, while always focusing on supporting the success of our tenants. By working collaboratively to fulfill the needs of investors, tenants, retailers, partners and more, while maximizing profits, and transforming spaces, we drive growth and create long-term value.

Retail Sites, LLC handles the full project lifecycle in-house — from site selection and development to leasing and long-term management — ensuring consistent quality, strong financial performance, and alignment with our clients’ goals. Partnership and collaboration are at the core of everything we do, and we pride ourselves on clear communication, a client-first mindset, and delivering real value for retailers, investors, tenants, partners and communities alike.
