Jatin Kukreja

Jatin Kukreja has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Design Engineer at Conexant Systems until 2007. Jatin then moved to Freescale Semiconductor, where they held the role of Design Engineer from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, they joined Mirafra Technologies as a Project Manager for a year before returning to Freescale Semiconductor as a Sr Project Manager from 2010 to 2012.

In 2013, Jatin joined the Chalhoub Group, where they had multiple roles. Jatin started as a Business Analyst, contributing to the corporate restructuring of the group and implementing the CORE system across several countries. Jatin then became a Senior Business Analyst, managing digital transformation projects at the group level, supporting COOs in defining digital strategies, and developing an internal tool for store operations automation. Finally, they were promoted to Manager, Digital Transformation, responsible for implementing omni-channel customer journeys and enhancing customer experiences across online and offline touchpoints.

Jatin's most recent position is as the General Manager, MENA at Retail Unity B.V., starting in 2021. In this role, they work with major retailers worldwide, bridging the gap between online and offline retail and managing the implementation of omni-channel strategies across multiple countries and 200+ stores.

Throughout their career, Jatin has demonstrated expertise in digital transformation, project management, and driving operational efficiency.

Jatin Kukreja completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Consulting from SP Jain School of Global Management from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained their B-Tech degree in Electrical from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Management of Fashion and Luxury Companies from Bocconi University in October 2016, Six Sigma - Green Belt from International Quality Federation, USA in January 2016, and Google Analytics Certification from Google in October 2016.
