Caroline Cronin has extensive experience in event management and leadership roles. Caroline is currently the Head of Events at emap, where they direct the strategy, content/production, and P&L of conferences and awards programs. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Conferences at emap, managing the conferences business across fashion, architecture, and building services. Caroline has also held positions such as Commercial & Events Director at PPA, Head of Events at Burlington Media Group, and Senior Events Producer at Reed Business Information. Caroline has a proven track record of driving commercial growth, developing content production, and overseeing event logistics. Caroline is skilled at cultivating valuable industry partnerships and has successfully delivered a variety of conferences, webinars, and awards ceremonies online. Caroline has also been recognized for their achievements, winning an award for Best Virtual Event.

Caroline Cronin holds a Master's degree in Modern and Contemporary Literature from Loughborough University, which they obtained in 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in English from the same institution, completing their studies in 2004. In addition to their formal education, Caroline has obtained several certifications, including Fundraising and Development Foundations from the University of California, Davis in May 2020, TESOL certification from the International Open Academy in April 2020, The Science of Wellbeing from Yale University in April 2020, and a Mental Health first aid certificate from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in August 2019.
