Natalie Reid has a diverse and extensive work experience in the retail industry. Natalie began their career at Austin Reed Group in 2007 as a Senior Allocator, providing active support to the Merchandiser in the knitwear department.

Afterwards, Natalie joined the IKEA Group in 1998 as a furniture consultant, where they gained a well-rounded view of the store's operations and developed exceptional customer service skills. This experience influenced their passion for the retail world and shaped their career in retail head office roles.

Following their time at IKEA, Natalie worked as an Assistant Merchandiser at Pretty Green from 2015 to 2017. Natalie then moved to Jack Wills, where they held the position of Senior Assistant Merchandiser from 2017 to 2019.

From 2019 to the present, Natalie has been working at The White Company as a Senior Assistant Merchandiser. In this role, they have been responsible for various merchandising tasks.

Most recently, Natalie joined Retail247 as a Junior Client Implementation Analyst in 2023.

Natalie Reid began their education at Ellen Wilkinson High School in Ealing, London, W5 from 1992 to 1998. Natalie completed their GCSEs, which included English, Mathematics, Fashion & DT, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and History. Later, they enrolled at the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Retail Design Management from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, Natalie attended a short course introduction at the London College of Fashion in 2003, studying Introduction to Buying & Merchandising at levels I, II, and III.
