Joshua Matthews

Joshua Matthews is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical leadership and support. Currently serving as the IT Technical Lead at RetailNext since February 2016, Joshua specializes in staging and configuring customer equipment, as well as providing strategic solutions and support throughout the deployment process. Prior to this role, Joshua worked as the Lead Supervisor at Support.com from August 2008 to September 2013 and held the position of Technical Support Manager at BetterTrades from April 2006 to June 2008.
