Shalom Katzen

Shalom Katzen is a Global Head of IT at RetailNext since March 2020. Prior to this role, they served as Head of Operations at Inuka Fragrances from February 2017 to January 2020. Shalom also worked as a Group Operations Manager at Compare Africa Group from August 2015 to February 2017. Shalom has experience as a Business Development & Marketing Executive at Myertal Tactical Security - Pty Ltd from October 2014 to July 2015. Shalom served as Head of Training, Logistics, and Human Resources at Private Sector Security from March 2012 to October 2014. Shalom also worked in a sales and rentals role at SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding) - Clifton 4th Beach from November 2010 to January 2011. Shalom started their career as a Senior IT Support and Network Engineer at EY from February 2007 to November 2010.

Shalom Katzen attended the Institute of Marketing Management (IMM) from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Marketing. They also attended the Computer Training Institute (CTI) from 2006 to 2007 and earned an International Diploma in IT Engineering that was endorsed by the University of Cambridge.
