Steve Bradley

Steve Bradley is the current Head of Operations at Retain Group. Steve has previous experience working as a General Manager at Peugeot from August 2019 to May 2020, Head of Aftersales at S & B Commercials - Mercedes-Benz from July 2018 to June 2019, and Divisional Head of Business and Head of Brand for Skoda & Renault at Marriott Motor Group from January 2015 to July 2018. Before that, they were the Head of Business at Vindis Group from January 2009 to December 2015, during which time they were named the 2012 Skoda Retailer of the Year. Steve also worked as a General Manager at Toyota (GB) plc from January 2006 to December 2009, during which time they won the 2007 Regional Winner - Lexus Customer Satisfaction Award for Aftersales. Additionally, they have experience as a Market Area Aftersales Manager at H.R. Owen PLC from January 2005 to December 2006, Group Service Manager & Nissan Brand Manager at Desira Group Plc from January 2001 to December 2005, and General Service Manager at Vauxhall Motors Ltd from January 1999 to December 2001.

Steve's educational career began at Dinnington Comprehensive School, where they completed a BTEC in Business Studies. Steve then went on to Rotherham College FE to study Construction Technology. Finally, they obtained a certification from Volkswagen UK in Volkswagen Passenger Car Approved Brand Manager.
