Jyoti Jaiswal began their work experience in 2021 at ReTech Labs, Inc., where they held multiple roles as an Analyst and Data Analyst until May 2022. In 2022, they joined SRF Limited as a junior IT officer.

Jyoti Jaiswal completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Chemical Engineering from DR. K.N. MODI INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY, MODINAGAR, GHAZIABAD and Drknmiet. Jyoti pursued this program from 2014 to 2018.
