Nipun Setia

Nipun Setia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Nipun started their career in 2016 as a Content Strategist at iTweak India. In 2015, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Research and Development Intern, where they worked on delivering a Proof of Concept on DBaaS for HPE NonStop servers. Nipun also served as a System Software Engineer in the same company from 2016 to 2018.

In 2018, Nipun joined Syndic, Inc. as a Business Analyst, where they worked until 2019. During this time, they gained valuable experience in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Since 2019, Nipun has been working at ReTech Labs, Inc. In their initial role, they served as a Senior Business Analyst, bringing their expertise in business process analysis to the company. Currently, they hold the position of Operations Program Manager, where they oversee the execution and management of various programs within the organization.

Nipun Setia completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from Chitkara University, which they attended from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Google Data Analytics from Coursera (expected completion in 2023), Lean Product Management from Educative, Inc. (obtained in September 2022), and Product Management Tips from LinkedIn (obtained in August 2022). Nipun has also received certifications in various areas such as User Experience (UX) for Non-Designers, Requirements Elicitation for Business Analysts: Interviews, Technical Product Management, and AMCAT Certified Business Analyst. Furthermore, they acquired a certification in Google Adwords in May 2015 and participated in a course called The Language of Hollywood: Storytelling, Sound, and Color from Coursera in November 2013.
