Shanawas Noor Basha has a diverse work experience in various roles. Shanawas started their career at Dell in 2015 as a Data Entry Specialist, where they worked until 2017. In 2018, they joined a confidential company and gained experience in Data Annotation for developing Autonomous vehicles, Agriculture, Retail, Manufacturing, Media and Entertainment, Consumer Internet, and E-commerce. Currently, Shanawas is working as a Quality Analyst at ReTech Labs, Inc. since 2021.

Shanawas Noor Basha has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Sree Saraswathi Thyagaraja College, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015. Shanawas then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from government arts college Udumalpet, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022.
