Luke Orlosky has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Luke started their career in 1991 as a Field Technician and Installation In-Charge in the Wireline Division at Nortel Networks. Luke successfully completed multiple Installation and Commissioning projects for digital switch platforms and fiber optic transmission equipment.
In 1995, Luke became an Installation Supervisor in the GSM Wireless Division at Nortel Networks, where they managed field technicians and subcontractors for the installation and commissioning of GSM wireless network equipment in North and South Carolina, as well as Tennessee.
Luke continued their career at Nortel Networks, taking on various roles, including Field Service Manager and Senior Site Engineer in the GSM Wireless Division. In these positions, they played a crucial role in coordinating site surveys, developing specifications, and training tower crews. Luke also directed large-scale network builds and orchestrated network deployments for major wireless carriers.
In 2001, Luke joined B&F Telecom as a Project Manager, responsible for managing cell site antenna and line upgrades and expansions in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Luke also collaborated with a telecommunications shelter manufacturer to design and build a high-capacity GSM cell site in Metro New York City.
In 2002, Luke moved to NorthStar Communications as a Project Manager before joining T-Mobile in 2004. At T-Mobile, they held multiple roles, including Project Manager and Senior Engineer in Systems Design and Critical Facility Engineering & Implementation. In these positions, Luke played a key role in forecasting and implementing facility expansions, as well as engineering and implementing network equipment expansions for 2G to 5G wireless technologies.
Luke's most recent work experience was at Telka LLC, an Agyle Networks Company, where they served as a Construction Manager. Their responsibilities included ensuring workmanship quality and validating compliance with standards and specifications during 4G and 5G upgrades and replacements for cell site towers and rooftop cabinets.
Currently, Luke is employed at RETECH as a Field Project Supervisor.
Luke Orlosky has pursued coursework for a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences (BAS) degree in Criminal Justice at the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. Luke has also obtained an Associates Certificate in Contract Administration from The George Washington University. Furthermore, Luke has completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Criminal Justice from Fulton-Montgomery Community College. Additionally, they have received training and graduated from the US Coast Guard Training Center for Port Security A School, located in Yorktown, VA.
