Mike Lee

Mike Lee has more than 20 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Mike is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at RETECH since October 2022. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2022, they held the position of Vice President, ISP at Charter Communications. In this role, they were responsible for providing direction and oversight for all Inside Plant Operations.

Before joining Charter Communications, Mike worked as the President of Advanced Broadband Advisors from 2011 to 2018. At Advanced Broadband Advisors, they provided advisory services with detailed assessments of key telecom/broadband industry issues.

From 2013 to 2016, Mike served as the Chief Technology Officer and Partner at First Solutions. First Solutions was a Public-Private Partnership (P3) development partnership focused on designing, building, financing, operating, and maintaining fiber networks.

In 2015, Mike held the CEO position at both KentuckyWired Operations Company Contract and OpenFiber Kentucky Company Contract. These companies were involved in building and operating open access fiber networks in the state of Kentucky.

Earlier in their career, Mike served as the Managing Director of Commercial Services at Dish Network, the GM/VP/RVP at Time Warner Cable, the Systems Manager at Narad Networks, and the Senior Engineer at Cox Communications.

Mike Lee has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical and Electrical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University. Mike also has completed Executive Education in Organizational Leadership from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
