Nadine Zirbes

Nadine Zirbes is the Co-Founder & CXO at RetentionX since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Personio starting in July 2016. At Personio, they held various roles including Head of Implementation from February 2019 to August 2021, Teamlead Implementation & Customer Success from September 2017 to January 2019, and Customer Success Manager from July 2016 to August 2017. Before joining Personio, Nadine worked at RWTH Aachen University as a Research Associate from March 2016 to June 2016, and as a Student Research Assistant from October 2013 to February 2016. Nadine'searliest work experience was at Philips Innovation Services as an HR employee from August 2010 to April 2012.

Nadine Zirbes completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration at RWTH Aachen University from 2010 to 2013. Nadine then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Betriebswirtschaftslehre at the same university from 2013 to 2016. In 2014, Nadine participated in a study exchange program focused on Entrepreneurial Marketing & Finance at Chulalongkorn University. The following year, they also undertook a study exchange program in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Tsinghua University. Finally, in 2012-2013, Nadine spent a semester abroad at LUT University.
