Sarah Richardson

Sarah Richardson is a distinguished leader in the residential real estate sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of RETEQ INC since August 2022. With a remarkable track record, Sarah founded Tru Realty, LLC in June 2010, establishing one of the few female-led brokerages in the nation, where Sarah served as CEO and Principal, managing a high-performing sales team that achieved over $180 million in annual sales. Prior experience includes roles as a Realtor at Argos Realty Group and an Agent at Retail Brokers, focusing on residential sales and commercial retail transactions. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Business and Communications from Arizona State University.
