Antonello Plantamura is an experienced professional in the F&B and hospitality sectors with a tenure at Retex since February 2011, currently serving as Managing Partner of the F&B & Hospitality Business Unit. Previous roles at Retex include Head of F&B Business Development & Client Management, Head of Client Management, Head of Digital Store Solutions, and Senior Account & Project Manager. Prior to Retex, Antonello worked as a Retail Consultant at Wincor Nixdorf from May 2007 to January 2010. Academic qualifications include a Laurea in Scienze politiche e governo e relazioni internazionali from Università degli Studi di Milano and various project management certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) obtained in 2015.
