Gaia Panarella

Gaia Panarella is a marketing and communication professional currently serving as the Marketing & Communication Lead for Digital & Business Performance at Retex since July 2024. In this role, Gaia leads the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to boost brand growth and visibility while collaborating with the CMO and Practice Lead to align communication strategies. Previously, Gaia worked as a Marketing & Communication Specialist at Witailer, a Retex brand, from January 2022 to July 2024, focusing on social media strategies and content creation. Gaia also gained valuable experience as a Marketing & Communication Intern and Digital Marketing Consultant at Tomato Dws from January 2021 to December 2021. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Marketing, Consumption and Communication from Scuola di Comunicazione IULM and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca.
