Martina Ales is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the consumer goods sector, particularly in refrigeration. Currently serving as Marketing Manager at Retex since July 2023, Martina previously held the position of Consumer Marketing Manager at Philips from August 2021 to September 2023. Prior roles include Product Marketing Manager at Bosch Italia, where responsibilities included the management of the full refrigeration business and brand portfolio for Bosch, Siemens, and Neff.
