Becky Burtless-Creps

Becky Burtless-Creps has over 30 years of professional experience in compliance, anti-corruption laws, corporate governance, financing, merger and acquisitions, and other contractual arrangements. Becky began their career in 1984 as a Partner at Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP. In 1998, they joined Ford Motor Company as Managing Counsel, Compliance, where they developed extended global experience in corporate compliance, reporting systems, anticorruption, human rights sustainability, and records management. In 2016, they moved to Deloitte & Touche LLP as a Specialist Leader Compliance and Ethics providing advisory services to clients in the area of compliance and ethics. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Rethink Compliance as Senior Director, Advisory Services.

Becky Burtless-Creps attended the University of Michigan Law School from 1981 to 1984 and obtained a JD degree. Prior to that, they attended the University of Michigan from 1977 to 1981 and obtained a BGS degree in Psychology and Computer Sciences.
