Daniel A. Etra

Daniel A. Etra has extensive experience in various industries, with their most recent role as Co-Founder & CEO of RethinkFirst, a behavioral health technology company. Daniel A. played a crucial role in developing and delivering clinical best practice treatment tools and training for neurodiverse individuals and their caregivers. Under their leadership, Rethink's online program became widely used by Fortune 500 corporations, government agencies, public school districts, behavioral health providers, managed care organizations, and families worldwide.

In addition to their role at RethinkFirst, Etra is also a Board Member at Epi One, Inc., a position they assumed in 2023.

Prior to their involvement with healthcare technology, Etra co-founded R.E.R. International LLC, a company specializing in barcoded price tickets and labels for the retail industry. Daniel A. explored strategic alternatives for the company and successfully facilitated its sale in 2017.

Etra began their career as a Financial Analyst at Wasserstein Perella & Co. before transitioning to a role as Managing Director at Promodex Ltd., a family-owned importer and distributor. Daniel A. led the company until its sale in 2002.

Before venturing into the business world, Etra gained experience as a Consultant at Bain & Company.

Throughout their career, Etra has showcased their business acumen and leadership abilities, leading successful companies and contributing to the growth and development of various industries.

Daniel A. Etra completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Yale University from 1989 to 1993. Daniel A. then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School, which they completed from 1998 to 2000.
