Deirdre Metcalf

Deirdre Metcalf is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and training within the education and health care sectors. Currently serving as Engagement Manager at Rethink Ed since August 2018, Deirdre previously held various roles at Pearson - Assessment & Instruction, including Cogmed Training and Implementation Manager, where responsibilities included managing relationships with over 700 Cogmed accounts and conducting training sessions. Deirdre's career also encompasses roles in business development and administrative support across several organizations, including UBS Global Asset Management and Allied Security.
