Matt Beckel

Matt Beckel is an experienced electrical professional currently serving as an Electrical Superintendent at Rethink Electric since August 2021. Prior roles include positions as an Electrician at Iconic Energy for a brief period, and at Bella Power Services and Solgen Power, where Matt focused on solar installations. Previously, Matt held the role of Lead Electrician at Moxie Solar, leading projects and mentoring apprentices in residential and small commercial solar initiatives in Illinois and Iowa. With extensive experience at O'Connor Electric Inc. as a Lead Electrician and Foreman, Matt has garnered a Master license and multiple certifications, emphasizing expertise in green energy and electrical systems. Initial training was undertaken as an Electrical Foreman at J&S Electrical Contractors following an education in General Studies at McHenry County College.
