Ags Kuzma

Ags Kuzma is an experienced professional in event operations with a focus on the agri-food sector. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Rethink Events since January 2018, Ags is responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of events across North and Central America, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, coordinating with major corporates and government agencies. Previous roles include Senior Event Manager, Event Manager, Event Executive, and Event Assistant at Vitesse, where Ags managed customer care and developed key customer relationships in various regions. Past experiences also include positions as Event Logistics Coordinator at Gradatim, a Copywriting Intern at Just Advertising Agency, and an Internship at Poster Art Gallery. Ags holds a Master’s Degree in Combined Studies from the University of Warsaw, completed in 2016.
