Kaitlin Doyle

Kaitlin Doyle has held various roles in the field of occupational therapy and education, starting as a Paraprofessional at Blue Springs School District in 2013. Kaitlin then worked as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Kidz First Therapy, LLC in 2016. Transitioning to Britain Development, they continued their work as an Occupational Therapist until 2020. In 2016, they also worked as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Lee Ann Britain Infant Development Center. Moving up the ranks, Kaitlin became the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of TheraWe Connect in 2019. Kaitlin then took on the role of TheraWe Clinical Director at Rethink First in 2020. Most recently, they assumed the position of Clinical Director at Children With Opportunity in 2021.

Kaitlin Doyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Graceland University. Kaitlin then pursued a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Leadership from Rockhurst University. Subsequently, they earned a Master of Occupational Therapy from Rockhurst University. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Performance Enhancement Specialist from NASM and is a registered Occupational Therapist with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
