Michael Valdes

Michael Valdes has extensive experience in information technology and infrastructure operations. Michael held roles such as Director of Infrastructure Operations at RethinkFirst, Senior Innovation Engineer and Senior Technology Manager at Lloyd, Information Technology Manager at Andersen Tax, Systems Administrator at WABC-TV, NOC Lead/Senior Support Center Engineer at Control Group, and Systems Administrator at New Millennium Real Estate/Supreme Mgmt. Their responsibilities included managing network infrastructure, technical planning and implementation, server support, and system migration and configuration.

Michael Valdes completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts from 1995 to 1999. Later, in 2000 to 2001, they pursued studies in Technology at Netcom Information Technology. In addition, they obtained certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, and Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Microsoft and Cisco.
