Rachel Schiff

Rachel Schiff currently serves as Chief Product Officer at RethinkFirst since May 2025, following a similar role at IntelyCare from May 2020 to May 2025. At IntelyCare, Rachel contributed to the development of an intelligent workforce management solution for post-acute healthcare facilities. Prior to this, Rachel held key positions at Virgin Pulse, including VP of Product Management, where efforts focused on fostering employee health and engagement. Rachel's experience also includes significant roles at Microsoft, MathWorks, and Risk Management Solutions, with an emphasis on product management and development. Rachel Schiff earned an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and holds both a BA and MA in History of Science and Computer Science from Harvard University.
