Shannon McCarthy

Shannon McCarthy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in medical billing and training management. Currently serving as a Training Manager and Billing Implementation Specialist at Rethink First since January 2020, Shannon previously held roles at Total Spectrum, LLC as a Billing Specialist and at Fresenius Medical Care North America as a Billing Representative, focusing on coding and billing for both inpatient and outpatient services. Earlier experience includes managing accounts receivable and payable at Three Rivers Nephrology and working as a Computer Lab Consultant at the University of Pittsburgh. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology from the University of Pittsburgh and a Medical Insurance Specialist certification from the Community College of Allegheny County.
